Updated COVID-19 Policy

Due to the COVID 19 virus, we have updated our policies to keep everyone safe, healthy, and enjoying the atmosphere. The policy is as follows:

  1. Please wear a mask during your appointment.

  2. We are a smaller salon, so we have a strict policy kindly asking no visitors or children to be present with you during your appointment.

  3. Please wait in the waiting area prior to your appointment. The staff member at the front desk will help guide you into your appointment when your tech is ready for you.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

So, you’re ready to start your new healthy nail journey? You’re in the right place! New clients can book an appointment through our booking page where there is open availability. Our booking system shows 30 days of availability. Please read our booking policy below prior to scheduling your appointment.

What services do you offer?

We offer gel overlays, and Gel-X full coverage vegan gel extensions.

What is A GEL MANICURE?

Our Natural Nail gel manicures are done using a flexible, long wearing vegan/non-toxic gels 2+ weeks. If you have naturally stronger, healthy nails, this service is perfect for you!

What is a GEL OVERLAY?

Our Natural Nail gel overlays are done using high quality builder gel. Builder gels provide a thicker, sturdier base that give nails shape, strength and extend the wear of the manicure. We highly recommend Gel overlays if you want to grow and improve the health of your natural nails.

What are Gel-x EXTENSIONS?

Gel-X is a full coverage gel extension system. These extensions are designed to be an alternative to Acrylic extensions with no damage to the natural nails. We recommend Gel-X if you want to add length to short nails.

Which Art Tier Should I book?

Nail art is our favorite way to help our #GoodPolishBabes display their uniqueness and creativity. We currently offer Simple Art, Custom Art, and FreeStyle art. Please select Simple art for more simple designs (ex; marble or simple patterns). Please select Custom art for more detailed art (ex; abstract designs. multicolor designs etc). Still not sure? You can try our freestyle designs, your nail artist will conduct a short interview to create a unique design just for you! choose your colors to make it easy to find the perfect look for you.

What if my nails chip?

If for some reason, your gel mani chips within 7 days of your service, we are happy to provide a complimentary gel fix to the nails that have chipped. The gel color must be the same as the color you received during your original service and we can only fix the nails that have chipped.

We kindly request that you email us a picture of your chipped mani at customerservice@thegoodpolishco.com. Please keep in mind this service still needs to be booked on the calendar so we can fit you into the current schedule for your available tech.

*Any chipping or repairs needed after 7+ days from your service will be charged accordingly*

 

How do I Reschedule/Cancel My Appt?

New Client Deposit Policy:

Deposits for new clients are required to book your appointment. (Deposits are Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable). We are a small business and people wait weeks, sometimes months to book an appointment with us. While we understand things come up, if we allowed every canceled appointment without penalty, we could no longer be profitable or have The Good Polish around to serve the community. Thank you in advance for your understanding and acknowledgment of our policies.

We Send Confirmation emails and reminders when you schedule your appointments that make it easy reschedule/cancel right from your phone! If you didn’t receive a conformation email after booking, Please email us at info@thegoodpolish.com

The cancellation policy:

You can easily cancel or reschedule appointments through your confirmation emails up to 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment. We’d love to know if you can’t make it. But please don’t stand us up, no-shows/last min cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee. In this case, your deposit would be non-refundable.

We do understand sometimes things happen that get in the way. If you are running late, we can hold your spot for 10 minutes past your appointment time. If you are arriving more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, this may result in extra fees or, we may have to change or reschedule you. Communication is helpful, so please contact us if you are running late so we can plan ahead and try to accommodate.
